The usual road helmets are good enough for me. I don’t see a need in any other type of helmet, unless there’s something that’s more lightweight and still protects as good. Otherwise, I’ll stick with my road helmets.
I like to wear trail helmets, they are more comfortable for me. It provides good airflow to my head and keep me cool. It makes me look professional while riding.
Schwinn Intercept is a $20 helmet which i use. It’s has a high safety rating compared to other expensive helmets. It’s very light and looks awesome in bright blue color.
I don’t go in search of any particular helmet. I check and see whether it covers my face and head. But am very particular about the Colour and shades of it😜
