There are more communities across the world that are adapting to a bike share program. What I mean is this, you can borrow an ebike, or regular bicycle or mountain bike and you can use it in that city. And then drop it off at a nearest drop off center or some kind of drop off point. I know some places just say to leave them somewhere for others to use if they want to. They don’t have them in my area, but I hope more places have them, because it would be nice to be able to take a bike out for a ride when needed.

This is a a very cool concept, this program is being implemented by many universities around the world. Students can use bikes inside the campus and can leave them at parking stations available in that area. It depends upon the universities most of them don’t charge their students for using the bikes, some charge nominal charges to cover maintenance and operational expenses.

Yes we have them in my area. I have seen so many using it as well. This is very helpful for daily commuters. They charge from poin to point service.

It’s a good initiative. It’s available in our neighborhood. People don’t have to depend upon Cab’s and taxis after they get down from metros and airport. They can use these shared bikes to commute locally and then return it on the way back to the station. It’s economical as well as Eco-friendly.

Yes these can be used to travel to nearby places. But it won’t be suitable for daily commuters who travel far. When this was announced, so many were using it.

Very few people are making use of this service though it was introduced long back. More health and environment conscious people should start using it.

It’s a great idea, it offers more flexibility to travelers and tourists. A good way to travel and it reduces burden on public transportation. And Streets would be safe from vehicle’s gas pollution and noise pollution.
