I train 5 days a week. I like to build my muscles and stay fit. How often do you train?
Yes I go to gym and workout. I usually do for 4 days then rest for a day and then start again.
I haven’t tried it yet. I am only into exercises and stretches.
Am Fit, I workout at least 5 days a week. One day, i play volley ball with my friends. Other day rest.
I workout for maximum 45mins and i take a break inbetween workouts. I start of initially with lighter weights and then gradually increase.
No I do not lift weights instead I do a lot of cardio and calisthenics to boost my energy and strength whilst keeping myself fit.
I try to at least workout 3 days a week. It energizes my entire week and i feel strong after lifting weights.
