David Belle is the founder of Parkour and most of the action movie have incorporated this stunt in the action sequences.
I am also not too familiar with Parkour. Seems to be interesting technique. Will certainly watch it.
Parkour is crazy. I watched a movie called B13. It has some insane stunts. Very risky and dangerous, but thrilling to watch.
Parkour stunts are very famous in movies like Captain America, free runner and Prince of Persia.
