Yes I have started doing yoga since the pandemic. It feels great and fresh in the morning. It has become a routine for me to fo yoga and kick off my day.
Yoga is not only good for health but will also make you more disciplined and have more control of your life. Regularly practicing yoga has lot of health benefits. It is a proved fact that yoga and meditation combined can make you a better person both physically and mentally.
During my schooling, I used to have yoga classes once in a week which was very helpful. Recently I have joined online yoga class where they teach us through online and conduct sessions.
