I am into transcendental meditation. I have been practicing it for quite a long time now. It has improved my memory and kept me away from hypertension.
In this pandemic, I have incorporated so many habits into my life. And meditation is one of them. I do in the morning and night. I feel peaceful and calm after I do meditation.
Yoga and meditation is something which were introduced to us during our school days. The relevance of it was not very clear then. But it became a habit and slowly the good effects of these age old practice was apparent in our day to day life. Practicing meditation and yoga will do a lot of good in your life, no doubt about it.
