    I eat nominal food which I need. Nothing like diet I follow. I don’t like to overeat also. And definitely I can’t starve without food for any reason.

    I maintain good calorie intake. I keep my food balanced with Protein, carbohydrates and fiber. I get my vitamins from fruits, which i shuffle every week.
