I have to often switch my seat, because I have a rough time with standard seat cushions. I can’t sit on a bike too long before my bottom starts to hurt bad. So I’ve been on the lookout for the best seat replacement out there. I have a cheap memory foam seat I got from Amazon that has worked for me for a while, but it’s not working as much anymore. I think it’s flattened a bit.

Anyway, any suggestions for good bike seats?

You can go for Gel Cushion or Gel seat covers, it is very inexpensive and provides good comfort. You can easily replace it, if you feel it is worn-out.

I normally go for a seat pad, which is an inexpensive and popular way in my circles.while on trekking or long journey with friends, I usually wear padded shorts which gives some comfort. It is advisable to take short breaks to recharge your back. Replacement of the seat is necessarily the last option.

Even it bothers me as well. So I tried on gel superflow saddle which is pretty good as of now.

I got the Planet Bike A.R.S. seat on Amazon a while back. It has enough cushion and isn’t too big either. It’s been working great for me.

Memory seats are great, it’s more comfortable than stock seats with the cycle. You can easily swap it out, if it gets hard after repeated use.

I haven’t replaced my seat as yet as it is still in good condition and quite comfortable. The manufacturer has provided good comfortable seat originally and I do not want to change it, at least not in near future.
