I used to race BMX when I was a kid, but it was pretty short lived. But, I enjoy watching people race on bikes, and was curious if anyone else is into watching the sport? I know some people race mountain bikes and some do BMX. I think I’d rather do mountain bike racing instead of bmx, mainly because I don’t like riding BMX bikes anymore.
Not really that much. I have watched a few here and there, but I don’t get into it as much as others. I prefer riding myself, watching others can be fun, but my goal is to ride as much as I can.
Tour de France is my favorite race. It’s a test of endurance and spirit. One on the toughest race in the world. It takes competitive cycling to the next level. The route is very scenic.
I used to love bike racing as a kid but never got interested in it as a sport as such. But I do watch videos of some spectacular bike rides over rough and difficult terrain and do appreciate their passion for such a challenging sport.
I love to watch the Grand tours, they are exceptional and the world’s best teams participate in them. The Giro d’Italia, The Tour de France and The Vuelta a EspaƱa. In these races we can see new gears, tactics and latest bikes that aren’t even available on the market.
I am more interested in BMX bikes and love to watch UCI BMX World Championships. It’s a three day international cycling festival and winners are awarded titles. It’s very competitive with riders all over the world participating in it. Thrilling and entertaining to watch.
Grand tours are interesting to watch. They show case human endurance and persistence. Tough race and tougher athletes. Beautiful and inspiring to watch.
