Self motivation is important for every individual. Whenever am down, I motivate myself. I understand the situation and the ways to overcome it and I self evaluate myself on what I have gone wrong and try to correct myself.
Motivation is a state of mind, we can be motivated by the things around us…… we can see great people and motivated to be like them or we can see poor people and feel motivated to do better than them.
Anthony Robbins is a great coach. His books are amazing. Would watch his talks on YouTube. Awaken the Giant Within is a master piece. It does more than motivation, it inspires us to reach our potential.
I encourage myself saying that everything is possible by me, I can achieve whatever I wish for. Being optimistic is very important. Working towards the goal is equally important too. Hard work along with smart work is needed for sure.
