What type of songs do you usually listen to while working out. I like to play “The Rock” and do my workouts. It feels so energetic.

I have a playlist of classics and new songs to fuel me during my workouts. It’s the beauty of Spotify, because I found I can just make a playlist of all the songs I like and I can keep make new lists if I ever want to add different songs.

Music does help a lot. I can’t stand doing any type or workout without music. As for the type of music, it’s a mix of electronic, metal, rock, rap, instrumental, ambient and more.

Music is my fuel during workout. I listen to heavy bass songs. Keeps me energized and pumped up throughout my workout session.

I prefer music that matches the rhythm of my workout. Music eases me during my workout and I do not feel the heaviness of my workout.

Music makes you forget your effort during workout, at least for me it is so. I can listen to any music which doesn’t blast my ears. It certainly takes your mind off the strenuous exercise and also helps you to be calm and composed during workout.

Spotify has become my new darling partner during my workout. They have great workout playlist. And also live workout radio, which plays great hits, to motivate my workouts.
