I usually keep 21 Psi in the Front and 24 Psi in the rear for the rocky terrain that I tread on.

I have a 27.5inch bike tire wherein, the tire pressure ranges from 23-25psi.

While riding long distances would keep my front tire in 28PSI and rear tire at 30 PSI. I feel it comfortable for riding longer distances. It also makes the ride softer.

From my experience, I have found that despite lower pressures the tires are less susceptible to become flats. For my weight I make it a point to fill 26 PSI (Front) / 28 PSI (Rear) in my tubeless tyre.

High pressure will support the sidewalls and offer more protection from the rim. Whereas low pressure will increase grip and give you a lot of traction.
